Naito Naito, a second year high school student who has the ability to survive in any situation, teams up with Ryuo Soya, a talented boy whose father is the head of the Ryuo Group conglomerate. The two of them and others challenge "Area Z", a game created by the genius creator only known as "Kurii Eita". Can they complete their mission to save the city within 6 hours?

キキは魔女である母親コキリと普通の人間である父親オキノとの間に生まれた、13歳の女の子。彼女は「13歳の満月の夜に旅立ち、魔女のいない町で1年修行する」という古くからの決まりに従い、“ひとり立ち”の旅に出る。彼女はきれいな海に囲まれたコリコの町にたどり着き、風車小屋に隣接するグーチョキパン屋を経営する心優しいおソノと主人のフクオ夫婦に出会う。キキはホウキに乗って空を飛ぶ“お届け屋”の仕事を始める。
