難事件が解決、雪平の父の死の真相も判明して全ての事件が終わったように見えた。雪平はこれらの事件により、心痛の日々を過ごしていた。そんな中、雪平の娘・美央が爆破事件に巻き込まれ病院に運び込まれるがテロリストにより占拠され一気に混乱する。そして事態を察した雪平は、美央を救うため単身病院内に潜入しテロリストとの戦いに身を投じることになる。

One by one, the thirteen students are picked up and disposed of in horrific and graphic fashion.
