2017年3月下旬、株式会社WACKに所属するBiS,BiSH,GANG PARADEの新メンバー募集を目的に、WACK合同オーディション最終審査が5泊6日にわたって行われた。その期間中、現メンバー同士がお互いの曲を獲り合うという仁義なきルール設定から勃発したBiSHのメイン曲をめぐる戦い「オーケストラ騒動」が勃発、SNS上で大きな話題に。その真相が特別番組としてスペースシャワーTVで放送されると「女の子の本当の成長を描いた傑作」「アイドルドキュメンタリーとしても出色の完成度」と絶賛する声が多数寄せられた。その後、エリザベス宮地監督の熱意もあり、BiSHの幕張公演から現在までを追加撮影した上で、『ALL YOU NEED is PUNK and LOVE』として劇場公開が決定した。
