After the funeral of his mother, Rahmat, a magazine journalist, goes back to Jakarta. He then learned that his dad, Ki Zainal, along with the locals of his hometown of Ciamis, will rally to Jakarta as part of the 2 December acts.

Hatred Lefan (Rendy Herpy) in the greater his father when he had lost his mother. Lefan assume that the life of his mother, his father always hurt inner mother. When Lefan are in this situation, Elfa ([Hidayatur Rahmi]), sister of a cleric advised him to no effect.
This film almost literally visualize three short stories on which it is based. The difficulty was to assign real spaces in the film for the world of short stories that does not require material reality. The question of ”What is love?” is stretched into three periods: the 70s, the 80s and the 90s. The story which is divided into three periods is trying to reveal the story of the main characters through three different periods of their lives.
