とある高層ビルの一室に集まった6人の男女。彼らは謎の主催者から賞金1万ドルという脱出ゲームに招待された参加者だった。リラックスしてゲーム開始を待つ6人だが、一向に主催者からの連絡がない。待ちくたびれた彼らが帰ろうとすると、ドアノブが外れ、何の説明もなくゲームが開始される。出口は開かず、次第に部屋の温度が上昇していく。やがて6人は、これが遊びではなく、失敗すれば命がないデスゲームであることを知る。
