近未来のインド。犯罪都市ワージーを牛耳る巨大組織ロイ・グループの後継者争いの中で、現首領が前首領の息子に暗殺され、組織の資金2兆ルピーが盗まれる事件が発生する。一方、ムンバイでは伝説の覆面捜査官アショークがリーダーとなり、敏腕女性捜査官アムリタらを抜擢して特命チームが編成される。捜査を進める中で、アショークらはロイ・グループの資金の鍵である“ブラックボックス”の存在へと近づいていくのだが……。
