This documentary interweaves fantastical re-imaginings of buried secrets with the Deathless Woman’s ghostly narration and testimony from survivors and witnesses of historic and contemporary crimes against the Roma in Poland and Hungary.

Based on The Living Mountain by Nan Shepherd and the performance project Into The Mountain by Simone Kenyon. A homage to Scotland’s Cairngorm Mountains, with a dreamlike voice over by Shirley Henderson and a polyvocal score by by Hanna Tuulikki.

Two very different people in the London borough of Lambeth - a drag queen (Michael Twaits) and a woman in a burka. Only in a lift would they ever cross each another's path. But these two have more in common than they first thought.
