From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Reuven Firestone is the Regenstein Professor in Medieval Judaism and Islam at the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. His scholarship focuses on the Bible and its exegesis; Qur’an and its exegesis; Religious Phenomenology; Comparative Religion; and Religious Dialogue.
