主人公の少年ケントと個性豊かな子犬たちからなるチーム「パウ・パトロール」が、架空の街アドベンチャー・ベイを舞台にさまざまなトラブルに立ち向かっていく姿を描く人気子ども向けアニメ「パウ・パトロール」の劇場版。アドベンチャー・ベイで起こるさまざまなトラブルに立ち向かい、活躍を続けているチェイス、マーシャル、スカイ、ラブルらおなじみのパウ・パトロールの仲間たち。しかし、ライバールが新たにアドベンチャー・シティの市長となり、さまざまなトラブルを引き起こしていた。アドベンチャー・シティに暮らす元気で好奇心旺盛な女の子リバティは、ひょんなことからパウ・パトロールにトラブル解決を依頼することになり、自らもその手伝いをすることになる。アドベンチャー・ベイから大都会のアドベンチャーシティへとやってきたパウ・パトロールは、リバティと一緒に力を合わせ、トラブル解決のため奮闘する。リバティ役の吹き替え声優を、これが映画吹き替え初挑戦になる安倍なつみが担当した。

A group of kids find trouble after messing around with a local urban legend involving a witch on the night before Halloween.

Tonya, an African American trans woman has journeyed cross-country from her small Mississippi hometown to California in pursuit of her dream to be an actress. While en route to Los Angeles, she accidentally gets stranded in the suburbs of Los Angeles and becomes engulfed in a gritty world after being introduced to Mickey, a Neo-Nazi low-level meth dealer. But to both of their surprise, they begin falling in love just as they find themselves the prey of some ruthless drug dealers.
