Born in 1993, Tokyo, Inoue is a film director and a commercial planner.His major films include "Excited Death "(MOOSIC LAB 2018 Grand Prix for Short Films). He has also worked on video for Nogizaka 46. This is his first feature film.

「無限ファンデーション」の大崎章監督と「ドンテンタウン」の井上康平監督が、「ベイビーわるきゅーれ」の高石あかりらを迎え、台本なしの全編即興演技で制作した意欲作。井上監督による「鳥を見にいく」、大崎監督による「はじめての映画」の2編で構成される。 「鳥を見にいく」には、ドラマ・演劇・映画とマルチに活躍する北浦愛、「幕が下りたら会いましょう」の木口健太、「暁闇」の中尾有伽、演劇界で活躍する細井じゅん、「無限ファンデーション」の日高七海が共演し、湖にバカンスに訪れた男女4人の生々しい恋愛模様を描いた。 「はじめての映画」には、高石のほか、「アルプススタンドのはしの方」の西本まりん、「茜色に焼かれる」の和田庵、「光を追いかけて」「神は見返りを求める」の下川恭平、映画監督の顔も持つ日下玉巳と新進の俳優が出演。映画作りに奮闘する高校生たちを描いた。
