In the year 2524, four centuries after humans started colonizing the outer planets, retired General James Ford gets called back into service when a hostile alien fleet attacks soldiers on a remote planet. 最愛の恋人ヴァネッサを取り戻し、お気楽な日々を送るデッドプールの前に、未来からやってきたマシーン人間のケーブルが現れる。ヴァネッサの希望を受けて良い人間になることを決意したデッドプールは、ケーブルが命を狙う謎の力を秘めた少年を守るため、特殊能力をもったメンバーを集めたスペシャルチーム「Xフォース」を結成する。
