2009年、リムジン運転手のジャクソン・カーティスは、子どもたちとの旅行を楽しんでいた。ところが、偶然湖底に沈む巨大な研究施設を発見し、地球が滅亡に向かっていることを知る。この危機から逃れる手はないものかと模索するジャクソンだったが、すでに天災は地球上の至るところで起こり始める。

学園一美しいジェニファー（ミーガン・フォックス）と内気なニーディ（アマンダ・セイフライド）は、幼なじみで同じ学校に通う親友同士。しかし、ある事件をきっかけにジェニファーは急激に美しさを増し、学園中の男をとりこにしていく。一方、町では凄惨（せいさん）な殺人事件が続発しており……。
