競泳選手の大学生ヘイリー(カヤ・スコデラーリオ)は、巨大ハリケーンの後、父(バリー・ペッパー)と連絡が取れないと聞いてフロリダの実家に戻る。地下で大けがを負い気絶していた父を発見した彼女は、突如何者かによって地下室の奥に引きずり込まれ、右足を負傷してしまう。家の中はどう猛なワニたちに支配されていた。
