平和な田舎の村に、得体の知れないよそ者がやってくる。この男についての謎めいた噂が広がるにつれて、村人が自身の家族を残虐に殺す事件が多発していく。そして必ず殺人を犯した村人は、濁った眼に湿疹で爛れた肌をして、言葉を発することもできない状態で現場にいるのだ。事件を担当する村の警官ジョングは、ある日自分の娘に、殺人犯たちと同じ湿疹があることに気付く。ジョングは娘を救うためによそ者を追い詰めていくが、そのことで村は混乱の渦となっていき、誰も想像できない結末へと走り出す――。
