ザ・ブライドは結婚式を襲撃した4人の殺し屋の内、オーレン石井とヴァニータ・グリーンに復讐を果たした。残った2人、ビルの弟で現在は酒場の用心棒として働いているバドと、ビルの現在の愛人であるエル・ドライヴァー、そして結婚式襲撃の首謀者と思われるビルに復讐するため、ザ・ブライドはまず手始めにバドが住んでいるテキサスの地へ向かう。
