Notorious Baltimore criminal and underground figure Divine goes up against Connie & Raymond Marble, a sleazy married couple who make a passionate attempt to humiliate her and seize her tabloid-given title as "The Filthiest Person Alive".

野原に建てられたテント小屋では、アブノーマル・セックス、吐き出したゲロを喰う男、ヘロインの禁断症状などを売り物にした変態ショーが行われている。その一団の座長が、ディヴァインだ。集まった客を射殺しては逃げ回るなど、その悪行は留まるところを知らない。内縁の夫デヴィッドがたまらずディヴァインを殺そうとするが、そう簡単にやられるわけもなく、常軌を逸した殺し合いが繰り広げられる。
