A female team of government agents, under the guise of owners of a popular worldwide franchise of aerobic centers, matches wits with a group of criminals who have kidnapped a top defense specialist and his ailing son, intending to sell him to the highest bidder.

The archetypical renegade Texas Ranger wages war against a drug kingpin with automatic weapons, his wits and martial arts after a gun battle leaves his partner dead. All of this inevitably culminates in a martial arts showdown between the drug lord and the ranger, and involving the woman they both love.

第一次大戦が終わり、生き残った一人の軍曹。彼は1942年、第二次大戦においてグリフら4人の若い兵士を含む狙撃兵分隊を指揮していた。非情な戦場におののく新兵たちに、“殺人ではなく、ただ殺すだけ”といった教えを諭し、戦場で生き残ることの意義を伝えていく軍曹。するとグリフたち4人は、北アフリカ戦線からシシリー島、そしてノルマンディー上陸作戦と戦地を渡り歩く中で不思議と生き残り、それぞれひとりの人間としても成長していく…。
