妻と別れ、一人娘を麻薬中毒で失った男が社会を憎み、学校や病院などを次々爆破していく。事件担当となった警部は、病院爆破の際、女性患者をレイプした暴行魔が爆弾犯人の顔を見ている事に思い当たり捜査を続ける……。
