「哭声 コクソン」「KCIA 南山の部長たち」のクァク・ドウォン主演で描くアクションコメディ。人生初の海外旅行でフィリピンを訪れた元ボクサーの田舎刑事ビョンスは、地元の犯罪組織が起こした事件に巻き込まれ、殺人事件の容疑者という濡れ衣を着せられてしまう。ビョンスは汚名を晴らすため、フィリピンで観光ガイドになっていた後輩マンチョルとともに真相を追うが、熱い刑事魂とは裏腹に平和ボケしたビョンスの体力と語学力はまったくついていけずにいた。そこにまさかの再会を果たしたかつての親友ヨンベが参入し、捜査は予期せぬ方向へと展開していく。クァク・ドウォンが主人公のビョンス役を演じるほか、「ゴールデンスランバー」のキム・デミョン、「名もなき野良犬の輪舞」のキム・ヒウォン、「焼肉ドラゴン」のキム・サンホらが顔をそろえる。監督は「ありふれた悪事」のキム・ボンハン。

Over many years of division, North and South Korea have become like a hall of mirrors where it is difficult to tell the real from the false. Inspired by real people who have traveled between North and South amid this division, this film depicts a relationship between the two that is so deeply skewed that it is impossible to tell what anyone is working to achieve.
