Naito Naito, a second year high school student who has the ability to survive in any situation, teams up with Ryuo Soya, a talented boy whose father is the head of the Ryuo Group conglomerate. The two of them and others challenge "Area Z", a game created by the genius creator only known as "Kurii Eita". Can they complete their mission to save the city within 6 hours?

2007年3月、800兆円の借金を抱え破綻の危機に瀕した日本経済。財務官僚の下川路功は諸悪の根元を、1990年に大蔵省から通達された総量規制の行政指導をきっかけとするバブル崩壊にあると考え、タイムマシンで歴史を遡りバブル崩壊を阻止しようと計画する。
