Last days of the Anti-Japanese War. Commander Zhang Zhihu from Eighth Route Army's reconnaissance company led a special death squad code-named "Tigers" to infiltrate the Pingan county and cooperate with the defending puppet troops in the anti-water uprising.

Due to the decline of the traditional paper media industry, the former ace reporter Han Shuyuan and his brother-in-law Ma Chaozheng, who had just joined the newspaper.

はるかな昔、翼を持つ羽族と人との間に戦争が起き、敗れた羽族は飛ぶ力も失ってしまった。時は流れ、没落した羽族の王の末裔である雪烈（シュリエ）は、再び羽族が支配する世界を取り戻すべく、封印された伝説の秘宝“ナーガの真珠”を捜していた。そんな雪烈の野望に対し、大泥棒の泥空空（ニィコンコン）と、羽族ながら人間側に付いた捕吏の黒羽（ヘイウー）、そして少々頼りない皇子・赫力（ハーリー）が立ち上がる。
