チェンナイの下町で暮らすボディビルダーのリンゲーサン。ボディビルダー界の頂点“ミスター・インディア”を目指す彼の生き甲斐は、スーパーモデルでCM女王、高嶺の花のディヤー。ある年、地元のボディビルダー大会で優勝した彼はローカルCMに出演するようになる。一方で、CMの定番共演相手で売れっ子タレントのジョンからのあからさまな誘いを断ったことで仕事を邪魔されるようになったディヤ―は新たな相手役にリンゲーサンを指名。リンゲーサンは迷いながらも憧れの彼女とロケ地中国へ。結果、彼は瞬く間に大スターとなり、彼の純粋さに魅せられたディヤ―と婚約することに。
