その映画は『ナンドール・フォドールと話すマングース』Nandor Fodor And The Talking Mongoose 。監督・脚本は本作が長編監督4作目となるアダム・シーガル。 1935年、サイモン演じる実在の超心理学者ナンドール・フォドールがマン島を調査し、人間の言葉を話すマングースに出会う。製作はフューチャー・アーティスト・エンターテインメント他。 またペッグも出演するトム・クルーズ主演の『ミッション：インポッシブル』第7作の正式タイトルが発表された。そのタイトルは『Mission: Impossible–Dead Reckoning Part　One』で、2023年7月14日全米公開予定。Reconingとは計算、報い、罰などの意味がある。これに続く第8作は『Part　Two』になると予想され、日本語タイトルも近日発表されるのではないかとみられる。
