カイダら若き天才ハッカーたちは外部との連絡を絶った巨大宇宙船に送り込まれた。システム復旧の任務を開始する彼らだったが、宇宙船の人工知能“アイアム"が突如暴走し、船に閉じ込められてしまい船内のシステムを支配するアイアムによって次々に命を落としていく。追いつめられたカイダはプログラム抹消のため電脳世界への侵入を試みるのだった。
