Yan Berthemy is a 19-year-old film director & producer. He began with music, where he co-founded several music collectives in France and collaborated with fellow artists in Hong Kong on various album projects. In 2018, he decides to pivot his creative focus, leading him on a new path towards directing short films. Although Yan Berthemy primary roles in the film industry have been as a writer and director, he has expanded his influence beyond creative endeavors. Notably, he has founded a distribution company and established a film festival, both with a dedicated focus on promoting genre films in France.
