その惑星を制する者が全宇宙を制すると言われる砂の惑星デューンで繰り広げられたアトレイデス家とハルコンネン家の戦い。ハルコンネン家の陰謀により一族を滅ぼされたアトレイデス家の後継者ポールは、ついに反撃の狼煙を上げる。砂漠の民フレメンのチャニと心を通わせながら、救世主として民を率いていくポールだったが、宿敵ハルコンネン家の次期男爵フェイド＝ラウサがデューンの新たな支配者として送り込まれてくる。

The story revolves around a group of victims of an unidentified gang leader who trades drugs and human organs. It is clear from the philosophical framework of the film the conflict between good and evil and the extent of human control over his revenge and evil tendencies in the absence of authorities.
