ガパール山にお宝が眠っているという情報を聞きつけたゾロリ達。その山のふもとにあるガパパ村を訪れると、子供達の間で原因不明の伝染病・「しましま病」が大流行していた。ゾロリ達は、「伝染病の薬の材料を探し出す」「お宝を手に入れる」「子供達の病気を治してアリウスと結婚する」という野望を抱き、 アリウスとルクトと共にガパール山へと向かう。 お宝はトレジャーハンター「ゾロンド・ロン」に取られてしまったものの、何とか薬の材料を手に入れたゾロリ達。だが、完成した薬は苦すぎて大人でさえも飲むことができない。そこでゾロリは、薬を甘くするためにブルルが社長を受け持つ「ブルル製菓」へと侵入を計画する。
