宇宙船の操縦士として長期のミッションに出ていたミルズ。しかし、予期せぬ事故で未知の惑星に不時着してしまう。なんとそこは、6500万年前の地球だった。彼以外に生き残っていたのは、言葉の通じない少女コアだけ。ミルズは恐竜たちから少女を守りながら、離れたところに落下した脱出用小型船を目指すことに。しかし、そんな２人に、恐竜を絶滅させた巨大隕石の衝突という最大の危機が迫っていた。

Montevideo, the 90's. Clara is a girl victim of school bullying who was never invited to a birthday. In the playground, she watches how some classmates are giving birthday cards to several girls and boys… but not to her. But this time something is going to change. A hairdresser makes her a special hairstyle for the occasion and her mother fixes a dress that she could never wear before. Clara wants to know what it feels like to go to a birthday party and she uses imagination and creativity to achieve it.
