女子高生・奏音は、ある心霊動画に自分と同じ顔の女子が映っているのを見つける。そして、奏音は動画の真相を知るべく撮影地に向かう。そこで彼女は「牛首村」という村に伝わる忌まわしい風習や秘密を知り、不可解な事件に巻き込まれていく。
