「CODE 8/コード・エイト」の続編となる本作では、コナー (ロビー・アメル) は刑務所から出所し、かつての共犯者ギャレット (スティーヴン・アメル) とは手を切り、コミュニティセンターの清掃員として働き始めます。面倒なことは避けていたコナーですが、14歳の少女パバニ (シレーナ・グラムガス) をキング巡査部長 (アレックス・マラリ・Jr) 率いる汚職警察官たちから救うため、仕方なく手を貸すことに。キングは新たに導入されたロボット警察犬を使用してパバニを追跡し、一方コナーは、ギャレットとその一味に協力を求めるため、再び接触します。しかし、コナーは自分を刑務所送りにしたその男を信用できるのでしょうか。
