Clones were built to maintain the dwindling workforce, but 1,200 years ago they rebelled. 高校生の加藤勝は、地下鉄で起きた事件によって死ぬ。ところが次の瞬間、マンションの一室にいた。加藤はそこで、リーダーが不在の東京チームと一緒に火の手が上がる大阪に転送され、サバイバルゲームに参加することになる。大阪チームと遭遇し、妖怪型の星人軍団＝百鬼夜行と戦いを繰り広げる加藤。一人で待つ弟のもとへ生還するため戦い抜く加藤の前に、大ボス“ぬらりひょん”が現れ……。
