東九龍警察本部のチョン警部は凶悪犯とベトナムの組織による麻薬取引を摘発しようとするが、取引現場にはチョンの仲間のチームが向かう。そこにマスクを着けた5人組が現われ、人々を殺して麻薬を奪う。去り際、5人組のリーダーは自分がかつてチョンを慕っていた元警官ンゴウだと明かす。4年前、ある事件の捜査で失敗をしたンゴウは仲間4人とともに刑務所に入れられ、以来、チョン、警察の副総監らに復讐心を燃やしていて……。

After reviving Hong Kong’s vampire genre as the co-director of Vampire Cleanup Department, Chiu Sin-hang (also the lead vocalist of local band ToNick) combines the boxing genre with a refreshing dash of fantasia in his thrilling solo directorial effort.
