ブリュノは今日も朝から大忙し。自閉症の青少年を支援する団体〈正義の声〉を運営しているのだが、どんな問題を抱えていても断らないために、各所で見放された子供たちで施設はいつもいっぱいだ。〈正義の声〉で働くのは、ブリュノの友人のマリクが運営する団体〈寄港〉で教育されたドロップアウトした若者たち。黙っていればコワモテのふたりだが、「何とかする」の口癖と大きく包み込む笑顔で、社会からはじかれた子供たちを、まとめて救おうとしているのだ。その成果は現れ、最悪の問題児だったディランと、最も重症のヴァランタンの間に、絆が芽生えようとしていた。だが、無認可・赤字経営の〈正義の声〉に監査が入ることになり、閉鎖の危機に迫られる。さらに、ディランが目を離した隙にヴァランタンが失踪するという事件が起きてしまう─。
