22世紀。のび太の孫の孫であるセワシ君は、調査ロボット・アララにご先祖を全部調べさせ、のび太の他にもう一人ダメご先祖が戦国時代にいることが判明する。そのご先祖・のび平をなんとかすれば自分の生活が今よりも良くなるだろうと考えたセワシは、ドラミにアララと一緒にのび平のところへ行って欠点を直してほしいと頼む。そこで山賊になっていたのび平や他の子供たちに会ったドラミは、その一番下っ端ののび平に勇気の素といってメガネをプレゼントする。それが本当に勇気の素だと信じたのび平は、年貢を大量に取り立てる領主から米を奪い返すが、間違えて領主のスネ丸まで連れて来てしまう。反発しながらも、のび平たちと一緒に田んぼを耕し、仲間とのふれあいや物を生み出す素晴らしさを知っていくスネ丸だったが、息子をさらわれたと思った領主は山賊退治を実行。のび平たちは、ドラミに助けられながら領主相手に活躍していくのだった。...
