記憶と感情をなくした状態で、高級ホテルとホームレスがひしめく公園のはざまで車上生活を送る名越進(綾野剛)。そんな彼の前に医学生の伊藤学(成田凌)が現れ、頭蓋骨に穴を開け第六感を芽生えさせるトレパネーション手術を報酬70万円で受けないかと持ち掛ける。手術を受けた名越は、右目だけをつむると人間が異様な形に見えるように。伊藤は異形たちをホムンクルスと名付け、他人の深層心理が視覚化されて見えているのだと説明する。

Based on the legenday cult Japanese comic “Stop The Bitch Campaign” by Hideo Yamamoto (“Ichi the Killer”) and Tetsuya Koshiba (“Remote”), a fierce battle between the beautiful high-school girls and the middle-aged man erupts once again.

映画監督を夢見る青年・健司は、ある日、通い慣れた映画館のロマンス劇場で１人の女性と出会う。彼女は健司がずっと憧れていた映画のなかのお姫様・美雪だった。モノクロの映画の世界からカラフルな現実の世界に飛び出した美雪は、色のついた世界を体験していく。そして次第に惹かれあう２人。しかし、彼女には秘密があった。

Confusingly, this is actually the first “Stop the…” movie of what (to date) has been a trilogy. Kuni (Kenichi Endo) runs a Phone Sex service, where middle-aged men talk too, and arrange to meet, schoolgirls for “Compensated Dating” (enjo kosai) – the men provide gifts in return for “dating” the schoolgirl (although no money changes hands, this is effectively teenage prostitution). Kuni discovers that one group of schoolgirls are using his service to ambush (and then blackmail) his clients and decides to embark on a moral crusade against them (hence the title, Stop the Bitch…). Unfortunately, this crusade takes the form of arranging to meet the schoolgirls, having (kinky and degrading) sex with them and then running off without paying. The logic goes that if these girls are not making money from their “dating”, they will give it up, making the world a safer place for everyone. Unfortunately for Kuni, these schoolgirls decide to fight back….

かつて“堂島の龍”と恐れられた極道の桐生が、10年の刑期を終えて古巣の神室町に戻って来る。そんな彼の前に犬を連れた母親を探す少女遥が現れ、彼は行きがかり上彼女の母親捜しに付き合うことになる。だが桐生が出所したことを知った兄貴分の真島は、しつこく彼を追い回して対決を挑む。

We follow Ichi during his high school years. Mr. Dai is the best fighter in school... whenever he fights Ichi is there and has a huge smile on his face. Mr. Dai thinks that Ichi is laughing at him but in fact he enjoys watching the violence that goes through the fights. Everyone is bullying, taunting and making fun of Ichi... even little kids from his karate class. Yet Ichi refuses to let go of his anger and fight others. Just when Mr. Dai is about to get Ichi, a new transfer student starts to make his own laws... by beating up everyone and breaking their bones! In a fight with the new student, Mr. Dai ends up on the ground, beaten and broken up from almost everywhere. It seems like this new guy wants to fight Ichi because supposedly he is the only one that could give him some challenge.

A masochistic mobster meets his match in the dark streets of Tokyo. His nemesis, Ichi, is a psychopathic killer with an unrelenting thirst for bloodshed. A horrifying secret burns in his mind, and his hands deal death without mercy. At last, the shrouds of mystery are parted to reveal the origin of the monster. The city will know its greatest fear at the unveiling of Ichi the Killer.

暴力、セックス、ドラッグ、殺しが蔓延る多国籍街・歌舞伎町。その一角にあるヤクザマンションと呼ばれるビルに事務所を構える安生組の組長が、組の資金3億円と共に姿を消した。若頭・垣原は組長捜しに乗り出すが、その時既に組長はヤクザ壊滅を企む謎の手配師・ジジイによってマインドコントロールされた、靴の踵に仕込んだ鉈を武器とする泣き虫の殺し屋・イチに殺されていた。そのことを突き止めた垣原は、組長の仇を討つべく手下の高山や会長・中沢、イチに過去の自分を投影する鉄砲玉の金子、双子のサド刑事・二郎と三郎、敵対する組の船鬼や鈴木ら周囲を巻き込んでイチ捜しを開始。だが、実は究極のマゾである彼の目的は、やがてイチの無情な殺戮方法に対する興味へと移行していく。そして、遂にイチを捜し出した垣原は、イチに痛めつけられる期待に胸を膨らませるのであったが、肝腎のイチは不甲斐なく彼の期待に応えてはくれなかった。そこで、絶望した垣原は自らの耳に針を刺し自分を痛めつけると、イチに倒される妄想を見ながら投身自殺するのであった。

Tokyo’s Valentine Call is a special kind of phone club. Older salarymen pay to wait for calls from teenage girls, discreet meetings are arranged, and handfuls of yen are exchanged for a quick session of enjo kosai, or paid sex with a high school girl. Plenty of girls are doing it—some to make money for fancy, fashionable clothes and accessories, others to set a trap to rob and brutalize the old perverts. But the Valentine Call staff, horny young Ogisu and the vaguely sinister, makeup-coated Mr. Kuni, have a nasty plan of their own. Listening in on the enjo kosai calls, they conspire to trick the girls into giving them free sex. Mr. Kuni even has a twisted concept behind this scheme. He calls it enboku, his campaign to humiliate the teenage girls, drive them away from prostitution and purify Japan.
