Koharu (26) is looking for a new job and she has older brother, Taichi (29 years old) who has taken care of Koharu in place of her mother who died in an accident when she was young. One day, Taichi disappeared from the sight of her family. Koharu and Taichi's fiancée Aki (age 25) head out to find Taichi.

政財界有力者の子女が通っている私立百花王学園では、ギャンブルの勝敗によって生徒たちの階級が決められていた。そんな学園に、蛇喰夢子(浜辺美波)という少女が転入してくる。学園を支配する生徒会は、リスクを負うことで至上の喜びを得るギャンブル狂の彼女を警戒し、腕に覚えのあるギャンブラーを刺客として送るが、ことごとく倒されてしまう。そこで生徒会は、百花王学園史上最大のギャンブルバトルを開催する。
