Madoka Yasue

Genji, the son of the emperor, is the talk of the Kyoto nobility for his charm and good looks, yet he cannot stop himself from pursuing an unobtainable object of desire: his father's young and beautiful bride. サンリオ創立20周年記念作品。ロミオとジュリエットをモチーフに、火の国の娘と水の世界の少年の禁じられた悲しい恋の行方を描く。仲のよい火の神テミスと水の神グラウコス姉弟に嫉妬した風の神アルゴンは、悪いウワサを流して2人の仲を引き裂こうと企んだ。まんまと乗せられた姉妹は、激しい諍いの末、姉は陸へ、弟は海へと別れてしまう。時は流れ、水の子シリウスは、ふとしたことから火の子マルタと出会った。たちまち恋に落ちる2人だったが…。
