トルコ。「ノアの方舟」が乗り上げたと言い伝えられるアララト山でアーカムの調査員が消息を絶った。同時にアララト山に強力な磁場が発生。その影響を受けたアメリカの軍事衛星が消滅した。その半年後、アーカムのNO.1スプリガン・御神苗優は、何者かからの挑戦状を友人の命と引き換えに受け取る。間一髪、難を逃れた優がアーカム日本支部に駆けつけると、そこには「次はお前の番だ!」とのメッセージと共に、3週間前にトルコ支部で襲撃されたアーカムの調査隊の遺体写真が届いていた。優は日本支部の制止を振り切ってトルコへ飛ぶ。だが、優を待ち受けていたのは「ノアの方舟」に触手を動かしたアメリカ国防総省の機械化小隊だった。

ギャラクシーポリス本部で服役していた凶悪犯、禍因が脱走した。同じ頃、過去の時間軸に変化が起こり、その影響で天地の体が消えかかってしまう。時間軸を元に戻すべく、天地たちは過去にタイムスリップする。

Nils Holgersson is a young boy on a farm who is cruel to the animals. But when he catches the farm's little goblin it becomes one prank too many. He is magically shrunk and suddenly the farm animals are out for revenge. He flees on the back of the goose Morten and they join up with a flock of wild geese. Together they travel all over Sweden, with Nils hoping to find a way to become big again.
