ある商店街で、奇妙な行方不明事件が相次いで発生した。吉本新喜劇の座長をつとめる人気芸人すち子と、熱血すぎてトラブルばかり起こしてしまう刑事・春日は、ひょんなことからコンビを組んで一緒に事件を捜査することに。性格が正反対のすち子と春日は衝突してばかりだったが、春日の娘・ゆいの存在や事件捜査を通し、次第に互いを認め合っていく。やがて事件の核心に近づいた2人は、想像を絶する事態に巻き込まれていく。
