初主演映画を撮影中にスキャンダルを起こして炎上し、表舞台から姿を消した女優の安西みつほ。彼女の主演映画でメイキングの撮影を担当していた田代良一は、いつかみつほを主演に映画を撮りたいと願っていたが、その夢も潰えてしまう。そして1年後、2人は偶然再会し、田代はここぞとばかりに自分の夢を語るが、みつほは芸能界を追放された身であることから、実現の可能性はゼロだった。しかし、そこへ小劇団を主宰しているという謎の男・山倉賢太が現れる。みつほは山倉の劇団の舞台に出演することになり、彼女と離れたくない田代は、舞台のメイキング撮影を引き受けるが……。
