カカメによって無残に殺された父・伏見恭三の死を警察から知らされた娘の果林。恭三の遺体は火葬場で焼かれ、果林には遺骨が渡されるが、そこにはカカメの身体の一部が含まれていた。果林は美術作品制作キャンプに参加するが、そこに持ち込まれた恭三の遺骨からカカメが復活し、再び阿鼻叫喚の地獄が繰り広げられる。
