Parambathu Raju and Kaimal of Parvathipuram village always fight over various issues. When they get involved in the murder of a girl, two police officers are assigned to investigate the case.

Daya (Jagapati Babu) is a sincere cop and an encounter specialist. He handles his job professionally and does not hold anything personal.
