Miyauchi Suguri, who moved from Kumamoto to Tokyo with her dog, starts working at a pet shop due to a strange turn of events. The "dog maniac" Suguri who even grabs dog poop without hesitation creates great commotion together with her carefree colleagues and customers each with a past.

少年グループによる、残忍な連続女子高生殺人事件が発生した。グループのリーダー・小暮は、未成年のため法の裁きもままならない。そんな中、青木純子がほのかに思いを寄せる同僚の妹が、事件に巻き込まれた。幼少の頃から自分の“力”を抑えていた純子は、法の網の目をすり抜け、世の中にはびこるキレた暴力に、怒りの執行を決意する。
