映画監督としても活躍する俳優・片山享が監督・脚本を手がけ、売れない俳優の日常を現実とフィクションを織り交ぜながら描いたドラマ。 俳優のボブ鈴木は数多くの作品に出演しベテランの域にあったが、苦労をともにした俳優仲間たちは次々と売れていき、50歳を過ぎた自身の現在地に疑問を抱いていた。一方、ボブ鈴木と同じ事務所の後輩である木原勝利は芝居を評価されてはいたが、大きな役で呼ばれるのは小規模予算の作品ばかり。似た境遇にいる2人は、どうにか現状を打破するべく肩を並べてもがき始める。 俳優のボブ鈴木と木原勝利が、それぞれ本人役で主演を務めた。

　漫画家を目指す青年・草介は、絶滅したニホンオオカミが題材の漫画に挑むが、資料が少なく思うように描けず苦悩していた。そんなある日、バイト先の工事現場で動物の頭蓋骨らしきものを発見し、さらなる骨を求めて夜の工事現場に忍び込む。すると飼い犬を探す女性ミドリと遭遇し、彼女は驚いた拍子に足を怪我してしまう。歩けなくなったミドリを背負い、彼女の家族が営む写真館へと向かう草介だったが…。

俳優のディーン・フジオカが企画・プロデュース・主演を務め、過去のトラウマを抱える男が孤独な少女との出会いをきっかけに狂気を暴走させていく姿を描いたバイオレンスアクション。アクション俳優の立石は社交性がない一方で日本文化に傾倒しており、周囲からは変わり者として距離を置かれている。一方、女子高生のアユミは祖父と暮らす土地を中国人ブローカーと地元ヤクザに狙われ、執拗な嫌がらせを受けていた。ある日、立石は偶然アユミを助け、アユミは彼になつくように。過去の撮影現場での事故によるトラウマから暴力に対するリミットをかけていた立石は、アユミを守るための相手への攻撃を肯定されたことで、抑えていた狂気を目覚めさせていく。「朝が来る」の蒔田彩珠がヒロインを務め、別所哲也、村上淳、プロレスラーの坂口征夫が共演。「トイレのピエタ」の松永大司監督がメガホンをとり、「合葬」の小林達夫が脚本を手がけた。
