敗戦から十数年。占領軍統治下の混迷を抜け、国際社会への復帰をめざし高度経済成長を続けるもう一つの日本。しかしスラム化した首都での凶悪犯罪が激増。武装する反政府勢力により首都圏治安警察機構との武力衝突が相次いだ。治安の番人として強化服と重火器で完全武装する、“ケルベロス”というその精鋭集団は、ゲリラを徹底的に排除してゆくのだった。

Tsunami is an ancient gaurdian fom days long ago when the Mother Spirit created Daemons and Gaurdians to aid a fledgling human race. Tsunami becomes involved with a woman who has just lost her fiance and her arm and now wants to figure out why this has happened.Meanwhile the Daemon leader is still alive and plotting to enslave mankind.
