Five best friends have the night of their lives seeing their favourite boy band in concert. Twenty-five years later, their lives have changed in many different ways as they reunite for one more epic show by their beloved band, to relight their friendship and discover that maybe their greatest days are ahead of them.

1960年代のロンドンイーストエンド。一卵性双生児のレジナルドとロナルド・クレイの兄弟は、ギャングのリーダーとして頭角を現した。 経営の才能を併せ持つ兄のレジナルドは、部下の妹であるフランシスと恋仲になる。ギャングに否定的なフランシスのために足を洗うと約束したレジナルドだったが、暴れ者の弟ロナルドはそれを快く思わず、兄弟の間には次第に不協和音が生まれる。

2003年、アメリカ軍がバグダッドを占領した際、ロイ・ミラー主任兵曹と陸軍検査官チームは、イラクの砂漠に備蓄されていると思われる大量破壊兵器を発見するために派遣された。次々と罠が仕掛けられた危険な場所を転々としながら、致命的な化学物質を探していくが、代わりに巧妙な隠蔽工作が行われており、任務の目的が覆されそうになる。
