From July 21 through September 10th, 2007, the Museum for Contemporary Art Tokyo held an exhibition honouring Kazuo Oga, the art director and background artist for many famed works from Japan's Studio Ghibli. Over 600 works from the artist were on display, and numerous fans flocked to the one-of-a-kind exhibition celebrating the lush, gorgeous background artwork typifying many a work from Hayao Miyazaki and other Ghibli filmmakers. International fans of Oga and Studio Ghibli have not been left out, however. A Ghibli Artisan - Kazuo Oga Exhibition - The One Who Drew Totoro's Forest allows fans the opportunity to attend the exhibition, as well as watch interviews and testimonials with Oga's contemporaries and collaborators, all subtitled in English.

The period of late World War II, Toshiko was living in downtown Tokyo with her family. Japan was more towards losing the War at the time and people were suffering with lack of materials. On March 10th 1945, she lost her mother and two younger sisters by the bombing in Tokyo. Moreover when she had to evacuate to the suburbs, her father was killed by US army on the way at the station. Now that she became all alone, she felt so lonely and despaired that she almost found no meaning to be alive. But despite of her loneliness and sorrow, she aroused herself, thinking about all her family who were gone. "I must survive for my family.... Otherwise, who will be visiting their grave." This is the story of one girl, which should not be forgotten.

小説『新きまぐれオレンジ☆ロード』を映画化した作品。鮎川まどかは、春日恭介が超能力者である事を知っており、既に恋人関係にある。前作『あの日にかえりたい』の続編とも言える時間経緯が作品の冒頭にあり、ひかるは北海道へ引越しし更に舞台勉強の為、渡米している。まどかは恭介と同じ大学へ進学している。

Hatanaka Kosaku is a young boxer who has a major flaw, he can't stop eating. That weakness puts him into into heavier weight classes that put him against stronger boxers and even worse, he's prone to throw up when he gets a body blow, which drives potential opponents away. His coach is at his wit's end as he struggles to get this idiot to show some discipline in his training. The matter is complicated when a young nun feeds the "starving" boy after she finds him fainted on the streets during his enforced fast. She learns of her mistake and she tries to help him get ready for a fight, but his weakness for food and the odd relationship they share don't makes things easy.

1972年（昭和47）に日中友好の一環として中国からパンダが上野動物園に贈られたことをきっかけに日本にパンダブームが起こり企画されたアニメーションである。 ミミ子は祖母を法事へ送り出し、今日からしばらく一人暮らし。しかし家へ帰ってみると、そこには人語を解する子供のパンダがいた。さらにその父親のパンダも現れる。このパンダ親子は、ミミ子の自宅の傍の竹薮に誘われて来たという。ミミ子は親パンダのパパンダを自らの父親、子パンダのパンを子と位置づけ、共同生活を始めた。 ある日、ミミ子の家を訪ねたお巡りさんが、パンダ親子を見て驚く。実はパパンダとパンは動物園から逃げ出して来たものだった。警察から聞きつけた動物園の園長が連れ戻そうとするが、パンが迷子になってしまい、一転して捜索が始まる。見つかったパンは川に流されており、その先には水門の滝が有るという、一大事になってしまった。 果たして、パンを救い出す事が出来るのか。そして、ミミ子とパンダ親子は、再び一緒に暮らす事が出来るのか。
