大手法律事務所のフィクサーとして活躍するマイケル。在職15年にして共同経営者への昇進もない彼が焦りと不安を感じる中、大企業の集団訴訟にかかわっていた同僚の弁護士アーサーが精神に異常をきたす事態が発生。マイケルはその後始末をするため、アーサーの下へ向かう。
