定年を間近に控え、失意の日々を過ごしているラサール校長の姿に見かねたハイタワーたちポリス・アカデミーの卒業生は、永年勤続の表彰をうける校長に同行し、マイアミへ向かうことになった。一行は、ラサール校長の甥である刑事部長ニックに出迎えられるが、空港で校長はトニーを主犯とするダイヤモンド強奪一味と自分のバッグを取り間違えてしまう。宝石を取り戻すため一味は校長を誘拐するが、本人はそれを警察の捜査訓練の一環と思い込み、おまけに校長の後釜をねらってマイアミにやってきたハリス署長がそれにからんできて、事件はてんやわんやの大騒動となる。

When the Muppets graduate from Danhurst College, they take their song-filled senior revue to New York City, only to learn that it isn't easy to find a producer who's willing to back a show starring a frog and a pig.
