Kir Bulychyov (real name Igor Vsevolodovich Mozheiko) is a Russian Soviet science fiction writer, playwright, screenwriter and literary critic. Historian and orientalist, falerist. Doctor of Historical Sciences. Laureate of the USSR State Prize (1982). The pseudonym is composed of the name of the wife of Kira and the maiden name of the writer’s mother, Maria Mikhailovna Bulychyova. Kir Bulychyov is one of the most popular Soviet science fiction writers. His most famous work is a series of children's books about a girl from the future Alisa Seleznyova, who had a great influence on Russian popular culture. However, he also wrote a lot of science fiction for adults, scientific works and poems. Bulychyov’s books have been filmed more than twenty times - more than any other Russian science fiction writer.

Adapted from a novel from sci-fi series by Kyr Bulychev about a little girl Alice. It's Alice's birthday and as a present she is invited by an old alien friend archaeologist Gromozeka to join him on an expedition to an alien planet Coleida which population was destroyed by a space plague a hundred years ago. Arriving at the planet they decide that Alice, using a time-traveling device, will go back in time to the day when the plague was brought in by their space expedition to try and save the planet from destruction by spraying the astronauts with a vaccine. To achieve that, she and another alien scientist professor Rrrr, who looks just like a cat, must make a long and perilous journey to the planet's spaceport.

Here, in peace and quiet, she is intended to write a thesis. But suddenly two strangers come and claim that yesterday in Minsk the houses owner let out to them for two weeks, and to convince her they switch on TV-set, where Annas mother confirm their words and asks her to stay for a while with their neighbor ankle Gena. All this looks very strange because not very clear how they managed to organize live broadcast. Then absolutely inexplicable things start to happen. The strangers say that they have to go to the XVIII century to find a genius, living at that moment right here, and take him to the future.

Guests gathered in Vadim Nikolayevich’s apartment to celebrate the 1979's New Year with a cheerful company. The landlord unsuccessfully tries to reach his friend Nina. He, dialing a number, gets to a girl who is also called Nina. Her answers seem strange to Vadim Nikolayevich until he realizes that he is in some unusual way talking with a child from Moscow in 1942.
